Software for small & medium business

Making your business smarter…

SaaS NG builds the mobile apps and business software that let a small team run like a much larger one. We start with the hours you are losing, and we quote a fixed price before you commit to anything.

Paperwork replaced by one app screen On the left, a grey pile of clipboards, loose paper, sticky notes and a missed call. An arrow points right, to a single phone screen with three completed jobs checked off.

The problem

The work is fine. The paperwork is the bottleneck.

Most small businesses do not have a software problem. They have a dozen small operational leaks, and every one of them costs an hour here and a job there.

Scheduling lives in someone's head

The whiteboard, the group text and the paper calendar disagree, and the only person who can reconcile them is the owner.

Invoices go out late

Work finishes on site on Tuesday and gets billed the following weekend, if it gets billed at all. Cash arrives weeks after it should.

Customers call to ask where you are

Every status question is a phone call someone has to stop and answer, and every missed call is a job that goes to whoever picks up first.

What we do

Five things, done properly.

Mobile apps are the centre of what we build. The rest exists because an app on its own rarely fixes the whole problem.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people are not. Describe the part of the week that goes wrong and we will tell you what would actually fix it — including when the answer is that you do not need us.

Ask us

Built for the trades first

We know what a Tuesday looks like at an HVAC company.

We work with small and medium businesses of every kind, and we started with the trades on purpose. HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies share a shape of problem: skilled people in vans, a dispatcher under pressure, and customers who want to know when somebody is turning up.

  • Dispatch and day-sheets your techs can read one-handed
  • Job photos and notes captured on site, not from memory
  • Signature, invoice and payment before the van pulls away
  • Automatic arrival windows, so the phone stops ringing
  • Parts and stock tracked against the job that used them
  • Service history a new hire can pick up without asking anyone

How we work

A fixed price, agreed before anybody writes code.

  1. Scoping call

Half an hour on what the business does and where the week falls apart. Free, and there is no sequence of follow-up emails afterwards.

  2. Written proposal

What we would build, what it does, what it costs and how long it takes. In plain English, on one page you can act on.

  3. Build

You see working software early and often, not a status report. Changes of mind are normal and we price them openly.

  4. Launch & support

We get your people onto it, then stay reachable. Most clients keep a monthly retainer for changes and releases.
